Simply put, Network Guardian is your own private IT department that monitors your network preemptively, preventing small problems from becoming BIG ones, like our tape backup scenario. $295 one time setup - $195 per month monitoring **

After The Monitoring

We can keep your expenses down by offering you Remote Administration. Any issues that can be remotely administered via Terminal Services and/or VNC will be resolved and billed at HelpLine Express rates in 15-minute increments, instead of the 1-hour increments normally charged. There are also NO TRIP CHARGES. If monitoring does identify an issue that requires an onsite engineer (hardware, etc.), you will be notified for approval before an engineer is dispatched.
